April 10th, vs Sacramento Kings

Projection: Win (101-90)

The Thunder’s first opponent will be the Kings at a record of 27-51. They are 2-1 against them this season.

In the first game against Sacramento this year, neither KD or RW played and the Thunder still managed to win 101-93. In the other two games this season both Kevin Durant and Westbrook were healthy and played but OKC lost one against a hot-shooting Kings team.

For the Kings, their have been rumors that they will be shutting down their star, DeMarcus Cousins, for the rest of the year because they don’t have much to fight for as the season nears its end. He has missed their last two games and if this is true then the Thunder will be more likely to take the win. They also might be without Rudy Gay for this one, as he’s dealing with a concussion.

Westbrook and Kanter have been playing at a very high level for OKC and even without Ibaka and Durant, they should have just enough firepower to get the W against the depleted Kings.
