April 12th, @ Indiana Pacers

Projection: Win (104-98)

The Thunder will face the Indiana Pacers on Sunday afternoon. The Pacers are 35-43 on the season. They are currently only one game back of the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference and are on a three-game winning streak. Indiana will have something to fight for and both teams will be playing for their postseason lives – it should be a highly competitive contest.

The Pacers have welcomed back Paul George for the past two games this season and, while he hasn’t done much on the court (yet), he is improving daily and has given them some extra energy as of late.

The two teams have only faced once before this season and that was back on February 24th with he Thunder coming out ahead, 105-92. OKC played with Ibaka but without Durant.

The Thunder will miss Ibaka in this game on the defensive side of the ball against David West and Roy Hibbert. We’ll have to see if Kanter can defend those two on the low block.

The only two players that the Pacers will be without are Chris Copeland and C.J. Watson.

Even with the Thunder missing their key guys they should be able to get the W against the Pacers. Although this is a game they could easily lose with it being in Indiana and the Pacers – and their notoriously stingy defense – now at full strength.
