I can already hear the teeth kissing and deep sighs.

Yes, I know. Tucker is 30 years old and is an absolute nuisance to play against. But the fact remains that he stills offers formidable defense and a decent offensive touch. Standing at 6’6″, Tucker can give OKC another finisher off the bench who is capable of slashing towards the rim and hitting the three (35.1 in three-point percentage) when open. The offense isn’t as important since the team currently boasts the second best offense in the league, scoring 108.5 points per game. The defense he offers, however, is key if the Thunder wish to handle the many different crunch time scenarios it will face in the regular season and playoffs.

What will it take to get Phoenix to accept? Phoenix is heading towards a complete teardown due to a nightmare start to the year – injuries, internal strife and overall lackluster play. Either Dion Waiters or Kyle Singler plus a second rounder might entice the Suns.
