Question 1:

From Reddit User DylanIsWavy: In your opinion or own speculation, what does the Thunder do that separates them from every other team? It doesn’t have to be a strictly basketball answer to the tune of “this play and that play”. I’m talking culturally.”

A winning culture:

This is a tough question, but a great question. At least on the outside looking in, The Thunder have one of the best cultures in the NBA. The organization, and their players always do great things for the community.

The atmosphere at the games are incredible, and stories of unhappy players, are very uncommon. In fact, the only player that comes to mind as a true public problem within the organization is Reggie Jackson.

The way Sam Presti handled Kevin Durant moving on was pure class, and the organization undoubtedly wants to put together a team that can deliver championships to Oklahoma City.

They seem to never be content with being just good enough. The Thunder have only missed the playoffs twice in their ten years. They missed out on postseason play in their first year of existence, and during an injury riddled 2014-15 season. In their same division, the Timberwolves finally reached the postseason this year, for the first time in 14 seasons.
