With only two games on the schedule this week, fantasy value is difficult to find on the OKC Thunder roster despite strong play.

In most fantasy settings, volume is the name of the game. With only two games this week for the OKC Thunder, Oklahoma City players are not hot targets. The week brings a pair of weaker opponents as well, so potential garbage time at home makes production difficult to predict. Here is the schedule:

Cleveland Cavaliers (Wednesday 11/28)

Atlanta Hawks (Friday 11/30)

The name of the Fantasy Flash game is still to pick out some predictions for notable Thunder fantasy plays as well as opponents – All from the guy that brought you Marvin Bagley III last week and T.J. Warren the week before. Let’s go.

Paul George

The return of Russell Westbrook has been great for fantasy managers and OKC Thunder fans alike. One player that has been unaffected whether Russ is on the floor or not is Paul George.

The scoring has been there, but it is the elite defense that has propelled PG-13 near the top in most fantasy formats. His league-leading 2.3 steals per contest and eight blocks over his last five games make him the top OKC fantasy play this week.

Dennis Schroder

With a current lack of depth on the wings and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot not showing much in a start, look for more Dennis Schroder.

Schroder is locked into nice minute distribution regardless of starting or coming off the bench. Also, he may look to show out against his old Hawks squad, so he is a good bet to be one of the stronger weekly starts for the OKC Thunder.

Collin Sexton

Coming off of back-to-back wins against the Sixers and Rockets, the Cavs are in the midst of a surprising surge. At the heart of that is rookie PG, Collin Sexton. He hasn’t offered much outside of scoring, but the young guard is rolling right now and should be added in most leagues for his upside.

Jeremy Lin

Trae Young will always be a fun fantasy dice roll, but this position belongs to Jeremy Lin this week. Lin is also pretty fun if you’ll remember.

More from Thunderous Intentions

Lin has finally begun to hit his stride after a slow start to the season. While he will be second-fiddle all season behind Young, he is the hotter player this week, putting up nice scoring and assist totals recently.

Jordan Clarkson

This was a short list with only two games on tap, so I’m throwing in another Cavalier. Jordan Clarkson has had an uptick in scoring recently and is on his way back to fantasy relevance.

Someone has to be a steadying offensive presence for the Cavs – they would surely like to see Clarkson fill that role.

That is all we have for you on a light week for the OKC Thunder. The Hawks look pitiful, but the Cavaliers are showing signs of life, so let’s see if Oklahoma City can take care of business this week at home.
