OKC Thunder trade primer: After big trade Bulls trade options unlikely to move bar for OKC
The two players the Bulls will still likely be shopping on Thursday are Kris Dunn who has failed to seize the mantle as the top point guard Chicago wants for their future. Until he can develop a shot from the field he won’t be a player team’s actively seek out to add to their squads.
The other player likely to be discussed is veteran big man Robin Lopez although his salary won’t likely lead to squads jumping to add him to their rosters. Perhaps the Bulls will waive him later and he’ll become a buyout option.

Clearly, neither of those players will be on Sam Presti’s radar and unless the Bulls could pony up draft picks to make Presti sit up and take notice. This then points to the other key point which is Presti’s focus is to win now – and get Paul George and Russell Westbrook the assets they need to make that a true option.
