5 takeaways from the second OKC Thunder double-overtime match of the season

Started hot, finished cold
Prior to the game, Donovan Mitchell visited Fade N Up barbershop in Oklahoma City to receive a hair cut from infamous Oklahoma City barber Corey Sutter more commonly known as Scissorhands. Fortunately for Thunder Nation, the fresh-cut was not enough to propel the Jazz to a victory, but it was too close for comfort.
Mitchell started the match scorching hot, making his first five field goal attempts. After that, he went 9-30 the rest of the evening, including 5-18 shooting in the fourth quarter and OT. Spider Mitchell is essentially Utah’s version of Westbrook, he will win his team a lot of ballgames, but also shoot his team out of some contests too.
Utah’s second-year stud gave OKC Thunder second-year two-way starlet Terrance Ferguson a hard time. T-Ferg ultimately fouled out, at least four of his six fouls were whistled while defending Mitchell. Ferguson defended Mithcell for 39 possessions allowing the shooting guard to go 5-10, 50 percent from the floor.
