No. 10: LA Clippers –  Chuck the Condor

Voted the most hated mascot in the NBA. Chuck has a horrible design, but I have to give him some love here because his continued existence demonstrates his persistence and true love for the mascot game.

For a mascot Chuck is relatively young, having just celebrated his third birthday in the 2018-19 season. We’ll have to keep an eye on Chuck as much as the first iterations of New Orleans Pierre the Pelican fans find him somewhat terrifying. Hey – he’s young, so maybe he just needs to celebrate a few more birthdays or a few tweaks to his wardrobe.

Although his very own fans hate his looks and reject him as the Clippers true mascot. I give him the 10th spot based on his risk-taking design and stick-to-it-tive-ness and resolve. Hopefully, Clippers fans will realize they have another star hidden in their franchise and he’s a condor.
