Tamberlyn Richardson:

With the caveat of “potential” the OKC Thunder greatest strength lies a new high octane offense and the reserve unit youth brigade. The greatest weakness will likely be adapting and that ties back to both the youth and Billy Donovan who hasn’t convinced me he should be coaching this team.

Rylan Stiles:

The team’s greatest strength is likely going to be their new free-flowing offense if things come together as planned. The weakness might be their defensive unit if Andre Roberson can not

Noah Schulte:

Strength: youth. Weaknesses: youth.

Aidan E:

The greatest strength is their starting lineup, which is genuinely a pretty good unit even in the Western Conference. The biggest weakness is their bench and the lack of quality reserve players.

Chase Beal-Sharp:

I think the greatest strength with the current Thunder squad is the upside with the young talent- starting with Gilgeous-Alexander, Diallo, Bazley, and Ferguson. Several of these young talents are athletic and versatile, which leads to me believing that the upside with this team might surprise some people.

As for the weakness, I believe that the uncertainty with the future of some of the players on this team will be the biggest weakness. The trade rumors circling around Chris Paul, Danilo Gallinari, and Steven Adams might end up serving as a distraction and affecting team chemistry.

Matthew Hallet:

The greatest strength of this team is going to be the defense. There is a potential for this unit to grab the eighth seed. Honorable mention is ball movement. The greatest weakness will be the inexperience of the playing group.

Kevon Stewart:

Their greatest strength on offense will be their pick and roll opportunities. I think the group is unselfish enough to always be willing to give up a good shot for a better shot.

Defensively their greatest strength will be rebounding. From 1 to 5 each player takes pride in crashing the boards. I predict this will be a top rebounding team.

When we look at the offensive weakness of the OKC Thunder it has to be late-game situations. The OKC Thunder have a glaring defensive weakness
