OKC Thunder:

Offense: (110.3) 14th
Defense: (107.8) tied11th
Net: (plus +2.6) 13th

Results Week 15: (2-1) Won vs. Kings: 120-100, Suns: 111-107, Lost vs. Mavericks: 97-107,
Games Week 16: (3 games) Weds vs Cavaliers | Fri vs Pistons | Sun vs Celtics

It’s likely the Thunder could’ve kept the winning ways rolling if they’d had Chris Paul down the stretch in the Mavericks match. CP3 was very close to Kobe Bryant so it’s understandable he needed more time to grieve.

Upon his return, the team got right back on track defeating the Kings and Suns and CP3 was key to the comeback versus the Suns in clutch time.

As noted in last week’s power ranking the Thunder are one of the best road teams and they continued that assault this week finishing the month with an impressive 9-1 road record.

Although the other pundits aren’t recognizing the OKC Thunder as one of the elite squads it’s hard to deny they’ve been better than the Jazz with more impressive wins versus the above .500 teams.
