Dort nets incredible scoring performance:

Moving on from the rookie’s defensive strengths we now look at a game in which he truly showed his offensive ability.

One of the reasons he caught the eye of OKC and was given a shot with the varsity team was because of his great shooting form with the Blue. He averaged 19.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists with them throughout 13 matches.

Against the Sacramento Kings on January 29th he showcased this offensive power by recording a season and career-high 23 points. 15 of those points were from the 3-point line.

Dort connected on eight of 12 of his field goals and 83.3 percent from beyond the arc to go with 100 percent free-throw shooting.

Also just because he went off for a superb scoring night, didn’t mean he wasn’t able to work hard on the other end of the floor as he added two rebounds, a block, and a steal.

From driving to the basket, spinning and laying the ball up to hitting some incredible back to back splashes, he did everything.
