Adams launches the assist of the year:

Who could forget this game? Going up against the Minnesota Timberwolves on December 6th, with only 1.1 seconds on the clock, Adams fired a canon pass to Dennis Schroder on the other side of the court. Schroder then got the layup and took the game to overtime.

It was astounding to see the confidence and power of Adams to launch the ball and give the Thunder a chance to win. This was especially satisfying considering that in recent history the Timberwolves have always found a way to escape OKC with a victory.

Though many of us will remember the match for Adams’ crazy skills he also managed to put up 22 points, 11 rebounds, four blocks, two assists, and two steals. His 11 rebounds were also the most by any player on the court.

The center produced an all-round wonderful effort, holding his ground against Karl-Anthony Towns and contributing to a twelve-point win.
