November 29th and December 1st versus New Orleans Pelicans:

In consecutive games against the Pelicans, the Thunder registered their first back-to-back wins of the 2019-20 campaign.

The first game was at Chesapeake with Paul delivering an all-around game of seven points, six rebounds, five assists, and two steals.

In the second game at New Orleans, he took a larger offensive role scoring 16 points while adding four rebounds and eight assists.

With OKC trailing by three points as they hit clutch time, Paul’s seven points in this critical juncture were key to the Thunder winning the match.

With Turkey Day over the Thunder finally were clicking on all cylinders and began their post-Thanksgiving dominance. While the team had come close in numerous matches to winning in those pivotal last five minutes of matches their record was 5-8. With these two clutch time victories, the Thunder began their assault of clutch time winning 24 of their next 29 clutch opportunities.
