Highlights

Gilgeous-Alexander had so many highlights last season. We are going to focus on three in this article. The first of which happened just prior to Christmas. On the 16th of December, SGA had one of the worst games of his Thunder tenure, scoring just seven points against the Chicago Bulls.

The next game he scored 20 points against the Memphis Grizzlies on the second night of a five-game road trip. What he did on the third game was just incredible. He scored 32 points against the Phoenix Suns, which was a new career-high. This showed the mental toughness of SGA.

We did not have to wait for the second highlight of SGA’s season. In the next game against his old team, the LA Clippers, he equaled this career-high with another 32 points. He went from having a horrible game at the start of the road trip to back-to-back 32 point games. It is no wonder the franchise is so high on SGA.

The last highlight we are going to look at was SGA’s first-ever triple-double. As with everything with this talented young player, he did not do this by halves. He collected 20 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists in what was an incredible display of all-around talent.

There are going to be so many highlights in the future of SGA, this first season was just an amazing appetizer of the future.
