OKC Thunder sidekick No. 2) Lauri Markkanen

Next, we propose the idea of the OKC Thunder bringing on power forward Lauri Markkanen.

Despite showing promise and solid production throughout his first three seasons in the league, earlier this season, the big and the Chicago Bulls failed to come to an agreement on a contract extension.

Since then, rumors have been running rampant with suggestions that the two parties could consider calling it quits at some point this season, landing Markkanen on a team that would be willing to pay him while giving the Bulls the opportunity to get something in return for him rather than losing him for nothing this offseason.

Should these rumors become more than such, the OKC Thunder should consider dangling some of their draft capital to acquire the talented four.

Currently averaging an impressive 18.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game on 47 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from deep.

With his size (7-0, 240 pounds) coupled with his impressive array of skills, the Finnish-born baller could slot in at either the starting four or five right away, giving SGA a fantastic pick and roll/ pop participant that could also buy a bucket for himself and play solid defense, helping the team on both ends of the court.

Should Chicago put him on the block, Sam Presti should be very interested in pursuing Lauri Markkanen.
