OKC Thunder player No. 2) Al Horford

Despite coming to the OKC Thunder with close to zero value this past offseason, through 21 games played this year, Al Horford is proving that he still has what it takes to contribute in this league and, in turn, is increasing his stock by the day.

In 28.2 minutes a night, the former All-Star finds himself posting efficient averages of 14.5 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists, a steal, and just shy of a block per game on 45 percent shooting from the floor and 38 percent shooting from deep.

At this stage in his career, Horford’s All-Star days seem to be behind him. That said, it seems as though he has the ability to be a fantastic key rotation player for any respective ball club, especially one who is looking to bolster their frontcourt rotation.

Ideally, the veteran would be sought after by a team looking to make a playoff push or, rather, a title run, as his ample postseason experience could certainly come in handy.

Through 14 seasons in the NBA, the big man has seen playoff action in 12 of them, logging a combined total of 124 games played. Of those 12 appearances, eight of them have been deep runs, and three have gone all the way to the Conference Finals and, along the way, boasts career averages of 13.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.2 blocks per game on 50 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from the field.

With the way he’s played this season, Al Horford very well could nab the Thunder a pick or two in return.

For a team looking to compete for a postseason berth and who could use for someone of his experience and production, it might be worth it for both parties.
