With just about 24 hours to go till the end of the NBA’s trade season, the OKC Thunder are certainly a team to keep a close eye on.

Just a bit under two weeks ago, Sam Presti and co. struck their first deal that sent Hamidou Diallo to the Detroit Pistons in quite a surprising move. A few days later, OKC’s general manager struck again in the trade department, as he managed to nab a second-round pick and an expiring contract in exchange for the likes of Trevor Ariza (remember him?).

Based on his track record over the past several years, it should come as no surprise to any Oklahoma City fan when we say that we believe there are more deals to come as we approach the 3 PM trade deadline cutoff on March 25th.

Of course, the most often talked about trade commodities still residing on the Thunder’s roster are veterans Al Horford and George Hill who, though they’ve played well throughout their tenure with the franchise thus far, simply do not fit the timeline this current core is on.

Because of this we, along with virtually every other media outlet, have spent a good portion of this season thinking up trade scenarios involving these two aforementioned players, as they could seriously be of some great service to a bevy of other teams across the league.

Recently, Bleacher Report penned a piece discussing the top landing spots for this year’s biggest trade targets rumored to be on the market and, within the piece, mentioned both of Oklahoma City’s most popular veterans, with the Boston Celtics being seen as an ideal destination for Horford and the Los Angeles Clippers being the ideal destination for Hill.

The OKC Thunder should pursue a George Hill trade with the Los Angeles Clippers

In the past, we too have tabbed the paperclips as being a realistic trade destination for the OKC Thunder’s veteran point guard. Today, we present to you 2 specific trades Presti and co. should strongly consider making in order to get him there:
