OKC Thunder season highlights for Kenrich Williams

For me, every time that Williams hit the court was a highlight. The level of energy simply goes up and he makes the rest of the team give a little bit more. This also causes the opposition to increase their intensity, otherwise, the Thunder can get a level of momentum.

However, for his individual highlights, Williams had a 24 point breakout game against the Los Angeles Lakers, which was a game that they only lost by a single point. He had another 20 point game against the Sacramento Kings, where he hit 4-of-5 from deep and was really good from the field.

However, basketball is played both ways and it is on the defensive end where Williams shines. He had five games where he had three or more steals which is an impressive effort. He actually had 12 games in total where he had two or more steals.

Why these numbers are impressive is that Williams did not get regular court time until Aleksej Pokusevski went to the G-League bubble. He grabbed the opportunity with both hands and showed that he has what it takes to be a key rotation piece for the Thunder moving forward.
