Though Shai Gilgeous-Alexander may now receive all the attention for his historic buck-getting abilities, well before he even entered the league, let alone joined the organization, the OKC Thunder were regularly being led by some of the game's most electrifying scoring threats.
Since moving out to the Sooner State back in 2008, the Thunder have had the luxury of being stocked with truly elite scorers.
Perhaps their most impressive era was in the 2010s, when, on three separate occasions, they boasted a 30-plus scorer and, over six seasons, were led by literally the league's top-scoring threat from a points-per-game standpoint.
Throughout this 10-year stretch, the elite scoring outputs remained consistent, and so, too, were the top-billed offensive options guiding the Thunder in this particular department.

Over a decade of Thunder basketball in the 2010s, three players reigned supreme when it came to club scoring.
There's no doubt that even the most casual of fans could name two of them.
The most obvious player from this quiz was, without question, Kevin Durant, who, in the lead-up years before turning himself into public enemy number one among Oklahoma City faithful following his cowardly free agency exit in 2016, served as the top scorer for the Thunder on six separate instances.
He did so for five straight seasons from 2010 through 2014, only to have the streak snapped by an injury-plagued 2014-15 campaign in which he played in just 27 games and averaged 25.4 points per night, 686 in total.
Of course, he would return to form the following season by leading the charge once again with a whopping 28.2 points per game, 2,029 total. His highest average came during his MVP-winning 2013-14 season, when he dropped 32.0 points (2,593 in total) on wildly efficient 50.3/ 39.1/ 87.3 shooting splits.
It was during this aforementioned streak-snapping season that the legendary Russell Westbrook claimed the first of three Thunder scoring titles, as he posted averages of 28.1 points per game, 1,886 in total. His personal high mark came during his MVP-winning season in 2016-17 when he averaged 31.6 per night, or 2,558 total points.
Realistically, the only player from this quiz that could have given some a tad bit of trouble when thinking about top Thunder scorers from the 2010s was Paul George.
Yes, he was certainly a force to be reckoned with during his time spent with the Thunder, but his tenure was so incredibly short-lived and ended in such disastrous fashion that some may have forgotten, be it purposely or not, that he led all of his teammates in scoring during the 2018-19 season with 28.0 points per game, a total of 2,159 points on the year.
