OKC Thunder forward Jalen Williams proved himself to be a true star in the association during the 2024-25 campaign.
Not only did he earn his first selection to the illustrious mid-season exhibition, but he was selected to his first All-NBA squad and named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team, all while helping spearhead the charge to Oklahoma City's first NBA Championship.
As a result of these efforts, J-Dub wound up cashing in this offseason, as he inked a lucrative new $239.9 million max deal that could reach up to $287 million.
Interestingly enough, even with all of these accolades and top-flight labels now bestowed upon him, during a recent appearance on the Out The Mud Podcast, the 24-year-old surprisingly revealed that the area in which he feels he's most dominant is in the wardrobe department.
Thunder star Jalen Williams deems himself best-dressed in the NBA
When it comes to a guy like Williams, there are a bevy of areas that could be considered his best quality.
From his highly efficient scoring skills that saw him drop 21.6 points on 48.4 percent shooting from the floor last year to his incredibly versitile defensive chops that have many believing him to be "one of the three or four most switchable defenders in the league," both fans and pundits clearly have many attributes to choose from.
To Williams, however, the one thing he believes to have over all other players in the league is his keen fashion sense, as he told hosts Tony Allen and Zach Randolph that he's "the best dressed in the NBA."
Of course, he'd also admit that he views the Thunder "as a collective" as the best-dressed team, something that both Allen and Randolph outwardly agreed to in the podcast episode, but, in Dub's eyes, there's no question that he reigns supreme out in the Sooner State and, thus, across the association.
Since entering the NBA back in 2022, Williams has regularly displayed his fashion sense for all the world to see.
Sometimes, his style has led to league-issued fines, like when he wore a shirt that read "F-- Art Lets Dance" during a post-game media session during the second round of the playoffs. Other times, it has hilariously sent the media into an all-out frenzy, like when he wore decked-out grillz on his upper-level teeth during the All-Star game out in Indiana.
Either way, his choice in clothing has certainly been a hot-topic of discussion throughout his soon-to-be four-year career.
Though in the past, Williams has declared his star teammate, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander -- who was just seen dressing up Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show -- as being in a “different category when it comes to clothes,” as of 2025, it appears he's confident enough to state that he's surpassed the MVP in this particular category.
