Age: 35

Contract: One year/$3,750,000

2015-2016 Stats: 2.1 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 11.8 mpg

If this list had anything to do with overall importance, Collison would find himself a few spots higher. His veteran influence is a necessity for a young OKC Thunder team. But his basketball skills are incomparable to the rest of the roster.

Collison found his place in the league as a strong fundamental player. As Father Time caught up to him, he evolved into a sort of player-coach for OKC. His knowledge of the game has been instrumental in the evolution of Steven Adams. Even Enes Kanter has picked up a few tips on the defensive end from Collison.

The former Kansas standout is the last bridge between Seattle and Oklahoma City. He has spent his entire career with the organization; my guess is he retires after his contract runs out this season. Don’t be surprised if we find him on the Thunder bench though.
