P.J. Dozier deserves a shot:

In my summer league preview, I called P.J. Dozier the future Summer Love of Thunder fans. I was wrong, but not because Dozier did not impress. P.J. Dozier was extremely solid this summer. He filled out one of the two two-way spots for the Thunder last season.

This year, he played at a level that should warrant a role with the varsity squad. The OKC Thunder are in need of a third point guard, and barring a trade, P.J. Dozier deserves that spot. The second year player from South Carolina who dons the historic number 35 is the real deal.

P.J. Dozier displayed a great ability to finish at the rim this summer. He also moved the ball in impressive fashion.
