Taurus:

If there’s one rule about signature shoes, it’s that they must be unique to the sponsored athlete. The standard holds up well in Paul George’s “PG2” colorway known as the “Taurus.”

Named after George’s zodiac sign, the Taurus released two days after his birthday on May 4th for $110. The shoe fittingly features the Taurus constellation on the tongue of the left shoe and  George’s logo on the tongue of the right.

An all-black body with a splash of red lettering, a white sole and a light blue bottom hints towards the massive universe while also matching Thunder team colors. The mesh body with a leather tongue, heel and toe typical of the PG 2 makes the shoe breathable and lightweight.

The Thunder may have been in a rough time when they released, but it wasn’t for lack of style. George was able to celebrate his birthday on and off the court with his star-themed version of the PG 2’s.
