Westbrook and Adams in the mix:

It’s looking solid for Paul George to make the cut hopefully as a starter although the players and media votes will play a factor.

The hope is Russell Westbrook and Steven Adams will also make the cut but there is work to be done. As Charles Barkley pointed out last night it’s highly unlikely any team will get more than two representatives but let’s keep voting because you never know what can happen.

Heading into the final 10 days of voting Steven Adams ranks sixth in the frontcourt with 1.034 million votes. Westbrook ranks fourth in backcourt votes with 1.494 million votes.

Although Adams told reporters he looks forward to the All-Star break to get time off that’s very in keeping with Adams personality. The big man is a team player and doesn’t call attention to himself as is his humble way.

Adams also cited the fact it would be incredible for his New Zealand fans if he did make the team. So, vote today for the double count and keep voting for him right up to January 21st.
