Golden State Warriors

2021 Free Agents:

  • Kent Bazemore
  • Jordan Bell
  • Nico Mannion (restricted)
  • Kelly Oubre Jr.

2021 Draft Picks:

  • Forward, Jonathan Kuminga (7th)
  • Guard, Moses Moody (14th)

Another team who made the most of their draft night selecting a raw Kuminga with all kinds of two-way potential and yet another stellar shooter with above-average defensive ability particularly on the perimeter in Moody.

Leading into the draft many pundits expected Golden State would try to use those two picks to gain an asset or pair them to move up. Neither occurred and now the Warriors will focus on locking down Stephen Curry to his four-year $215 million contract extension.

Like many teams in the West, the Dubs list doesn’t offer any logical free agent choices for Sam Presti to do flips over. Mannion is the best of the group and depending on how much OKC likes him in comparison to their existing group of guards they could throw money at him and dare the Warriors to match.
